New Storybook Policies & Procedures


Our top priority has always been to bring a safe, unparalleled magical experience while creating heartfelt lasting memories to our guests.


Our team has been hard at work to raise the bar of hygiene and sanitation, as well as considering every step possible to ensure we meet your needs in a focused and safe manner that is in accordance with government guidelines.


We have adapted to the changing environment very quickly.  We have a robust action plan in place, and we implemented specific precautions for our Storybook Team and Clients!


Here you will find our new Storybook Experiences NEW check-in process and some tangible ways we have expanded our efforts to guarantee guest and employee safety:
  • Instead of previous paper and pen forms in which we had you fill out upon arrival, we are implemented a NEW DIGITAL sign in form and payment link you will receive a link 48 hours prior to session.
  • Upon arrival at the our studio you will call a phone number to let us know you are here. One of our Storybook Magic makers will welcome you at your vehicle and will help you navigate to a safe distance space to prepare for your session within our building.
  • ​Storybook is NOT open to the public and has always been by appointment only. So rest assured there will only be two families in our building at a time and each family in a different studio.
  • ​Advanced pre-payment for your session will be required to secure your appointment time and allow for a seamless touch-less payment transaction.
  • ​Up to 8 people are allowed in the studio at a time. Immediate family only please.
  • ​We have a break of 10-15 minutes between each session to clean and sanitize the studio before each family arrives.
  • ​Bathrooms will be open and available from the moment you arrive at the studio. We have also built in 2 new bathrooms in both our buildings as well to help accommodate each family.
  • ​We have built a new rear exit and bathroom in both buildings. Once your experience is complete you will have a chance to take a few minutes organize yourself and your things and use the rest rooms if need before you go with no pressure. While one family exits the rear entrance the next family comes through the front entrance. 
  • ​Regarding MASKS. Masks wearing will be up to each family. If you would like SANTA to not wear a mask, no problem! If you do... choose a mask for SANTA it will be a friendly clear plastic mask so he will still be able to interact and engage with the children like he always has. But we have an extra surprise......because everything here at Storybook is magical and fun, when you receive your gallery Santa's mask will magically disappear!!! (photo-shopped out 😉)
To keep our guests and employees safe, we will ask all guests to:
  • Refrain from visiting Storybook if you or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms or a communicable illness.
  • Refrain from visiting if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive by the state.
  • Respect our sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the studios and shared by employees.
  • ​Wash or sanitize hands prior to entering the studio( we will have hand sanitizer available before you enter the building)


ACTIVE PURE AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM INSTALLED!!


In addition we have took the liberty to installing a state of the art commercial  air purification system connected to our HVAC systems to constantly  purify and filter the air to ensure an safe, clean air and amazing seamless experience!
