Please read and follow the steps below when you arrive at our West Islip Storybook Studio in Suffolk County:
Step #1 :
Please pull in our parking lot 15 minutes before your appointment and text the word "Santa" to 631-920-3111
(please do not enter building yet)
Step #2 :
A Storybook team member will respond and confirm your arrival. At this time please let them know if you need to use the bathroom.
Step #3 :
FIVE minutes before your appointment time we will call you and invite you in the building to begin your families adventure and MAGICAL STORYBOOK SANTA EXPERIENCE!
Step #4 :
Once your experience is complete you will exit out of the REAR entrance of our building very close to your vehicle.
